Production Manager

Job Description

To monitor production targets under controlled conditions.
To ensure parts / assemblies are made as per Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, In process Control Plan & Work Instructions.
To perform troubleshooting activities.
To adhere to the production cum dispatch plan.
To assess the organizational context.
To initiate nonconformity and corrective action on problems relating to production, product, customer claims.
To do identification of products.
To ensure implementation & follow up of safety norms at the Production shop floor.
To review the effectiveness of action taken to address risk and opportunity.
To conduct a quality improvement program and establish TPM (Total productive maintenance) norms.
To analyze trends of breakdown and ensure necessary corrective action in order to reduce breakdown and adapt to other machines as a horizontal deployment.
To ensure availability of spare parts/accessories for all maintenance work.
To suggest / implement modification in the machines or fixture etc, to improve productivity & control rejections.
