Quality Manager

Job Description

To ensure testing and inspection activities for incoming, in process and outgoing materials.
To ensure calibration of all instruments and gauges used in the organization.
To do nonconformity and corrective action on internal/ external rejection and customer complaints and its implementation.
To do quality planning along with CFT for new products , ECN and PCN.
To provide all support to build reliability into production processes.
To maintain all updated Engineering Standards of product & give information to purchase & production or any concerned depts.
To review the effectiveness of action taken to address risk and opportunity
To assist HOD Manufacturing in upgrading operations / process technologies for better quality of product.
To organize the CFT meeting and monitor their activities.
To collect the data for rework and rejection of the shop floor.
To assist team of customer support team.
